Common use of Additional Closing Deliveries Clause in Contracts

Additional Closing Deliveries. Seller shall have received such other certificates and instruments (including certificates of good standing of Buyer in its jurisdiction of organization, certified charter documents, certificates as to the incumbency of officers and the adoption of authorizing resolutions) as Seller shall reasonably request in connection with the Closing.

Additional Closing Deliveries. Seller Buyer shall have received such other certificates and instruments (including certificates of good standing of Buyer the Company in its their jurisdiction of organizationorganization and the various foreign jurisdictions in which they are qualified, certified charter documents, certificates as to the incumbency of officers and the adoption of authorizing resolutions) as Seller it shall reasonably request in connection with the Closing.
