Common use of Additional Commitments Clause in Contracts

Additional Commitments. 1. The Parties shall set out their respective additional commitments in Annex 4- III of this Agreement with respect to measures affecting trade in services not covered by Articles 3 (Market Access) and 4 (National Treatment), including those regarding qualifications, standards or licensing matters and any other matters as may be mutually agreed.
