Common use of Additional Committees Clause in Contracts

Additional Committees. The Coordinating Committee, or the Board of Directors, as appropriate, may establish as needed subcommittees including, but not limited to, auditing, legal, financial, engineering, mechanical, weather, geologic, diurnal, barometric, meteorologic, operating, insurance, community relations, governmental relations, environmental and public information subcommittees. The authority, membership, and duties of any subcommittee shall be established by the Coordinating Committee or Board of Directors; provided, however, such authority, membership or duties shall not conflict with the provisions of any of the Project Agreements. Each such subcommittee shall be initially responsible to the Coordinating Committee.
