Common use of Additional Compliance Action Clause in Contracts

Additional Compliance Action. In addition to the Authority’s other rights and remedies provided in this Agreement, the Service Tariff and the Rules, the Authority may suspend Electric Service to the Customer if the Customer does not comply with any of the requirements in Section I.4 or Article II of this Schedule B in all material respects within thirty (30) days after the Authority delivers written notice to the Customer. If Electric Service is suspended by the Authority under this provision, then the Authority shall immediately resume Electric Service to the Customer upon cure by the Customer.
