Additional Conditions to Revolving Loans. If a Revolving Loan is made ---------------------------------------- pursuant to Section 2.1, all conditions set forth therein shall have been satisfied. Each request for Extension of Credit (including extensions and conversions) and each acceptance by the Borrower of an Extension of Credit (including extensions and conversions) shall be deemed to constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower as of the date of such Extension of Credit that the applicable conditions in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of this subsection have been satisfied.
