Additional Conditions to Swingline Loans. If a Swingline Loan is requested, (i) all conditions set forth in Section 2.4 shall have been satisfied and (ii) there shall exist no Lender that is a Defaulting Lender unless the Fronting Exposure of such Defaulting Lender has been eliminated or the applicable Swingline Lender has entered into satisfactory arrangements with the Company or the applicable Borrower or such Defaulting Lender to eliminate such Swingline Lender’s risk with respect to such Defaulting Lender in respect of its Swingline Commitment or such risk has been Cash Collateralized against pursuant to Section 2.20.
