Common use of Additional Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Additional Confidential Information. Since the parties understand and expect that it will be necessary, from time to time, to disclose Confidential Information of a more sensitive nature or provided by a third party or Affiliate with longer periods of protection or restricted disclosure or use, the parties agree to cooperate in the negotiation of additional reasonable terms and conditions under which such Confidential Information shall be received and maintained in confidence. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties agree to work together to limit the circumstances where the disclosure of such Confidential Information of a more sensitive nature is made.
