Common use of Additional Consents Clause in Contracts

Additional Consents. No filing, registration, qualification, notice, consent, approval or authorization to, with or from any Person (excluding Governmental Authorities) is necessary in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the Related Agreements by Seller, or the consummation by Seller of the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby.

No filing, registration, qualification, notice, consent, approval or authorization to, with or from any Person (excluding Governmental Authorities) individual, corporation, partnership, trust, limited liability company or other entity is necessary in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the Related Agreements by SellerAgreement, or the consummation by Seller each Grantor of the transactions contemplated hereby and therebyhereby.
