However with the consent of flat owners and approval from statutory authorities, the promoter can do the additional construction or alteration.

The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Real Estate Project after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the ActActand save as expressly provided in this Agreement.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) authority/authorities and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided in the Act save and except vertical increase in the floors of the block/buildings as agreed or as per the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan occupancy certificate in respect of the Buildings in the Project has been approved issued by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided elsewhere in this agreement and/or in the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project Schedule A Property after the building Building VERONA plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided in the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that except as otherwise mentioned elsewhere herein it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan occupancy certificate in respect of the Buildings in the Project has been approved issued by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided for elsewhere in this Agreement and/or in the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(sstructure (s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(iesauthority (ies) except for as provided in the ActAct and save to the extent specifically mentioned in this agreement or permitted by any law for the time being in force.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put toput up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided asprovided in the Act.

The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project Phase after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided may be permitted in the Actaccordance to applicable laws.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project Project/Phase after the building plan,lay-out plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed except for as provided in the ActAct save and except vertical increase in the Floor as agreed.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project Project/Phase after the building plan,lay-out plan, sanction plan and specifications,amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed except for as provided in the Act save and except vertical increase in the Floor or as agreed or as per the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided in the ActAct and this Agreement including the clauses herein.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) structure anywhere in the Project premises or in the building after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) is sanctioned with all specifications, amenities and facilities, except for as provided in the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter No.2 undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project Complex after the building plan Said Plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act.

The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project Project/Phase after the building plan,lay- out plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed except for as provided in the Act save and except vertical increase in the Floor as agreed or as per the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan plan, has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act.

The Promoter Promoter/Developer undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Real Estate Project after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(iesauthority (ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the ActAct and save as expressly provided in this Agreement.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project Schedule A Property after the building Building OCTAVIUS plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided in the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project project after the building plan plan, layout plan, sanction plan, and specification, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(iesauthority (ies) except and disclosed, expect for as provided in the Actact.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan occupancy certificate in respect of the Building in the Project has been approved issued by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided for elsewhere in these presents and/or in the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put put-up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(iesauthority (ies) except for as provided in the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Real Estate Project after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specification, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for the minor changes as provided in the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that except as otherwise mentioned elsewhere herein it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan Completion Certificate/Occupancy Certificate, as the case may be, in respect of the Buildings in the Project has been approved issued by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided for elsewhere in these presents and/or in the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(sstructure (s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) authority (ies), except for as provided in the ActAct and save to the extent specifically mentioned in this agreement or permitted by any law for the time being in force.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan, sanction plan and specification, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan Sanctioned Plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided in the ActApplicable Laws.

The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building development plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(iesauthority(is) and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(sstructure (s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(iesauthority (ies) except for as provided in the ActAct and save to the extent specifically mentioned in this agreement or permitted by any law for the time being in force or approved by the Sanctioning Authority.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it he has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(iesCompetent Authority(ies) and disclosed, except for any addition construction as may be permitted by the Competent Authority as provided in and/or permitted under the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan occupancy certificate in respect of the Buildings in the Project has been approved issued by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided elsewhere in this Deed and/or in the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has Plans have been finally approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the ActAct and under this Agreement including the clauses herein and as may be agreed.

The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project Project/Phase after the sanctioned building plan, lay-out plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority(ies) and disclosed except for as provided in the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) authorities except for as provided in the Act.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS.
