ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan, layout plans sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authorities and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act; And in case of .additional structures if made by the Promoter all such structures should be regularized by the Promoter at it’s own responsibility, cost and expenses from the Competent Authority.

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. 17.1 The Promoter undertakes that that, save as otherwise provided herein, it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan, layout plans plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authorities authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act; And in case of .additional structures if made Act or under this Agreement, or as may be necessary to provide any essential services to the Project, or as may be mandated by the Promoter all such structures should be regularized by the Promoter at it’s own responsibility, cost and expenses from the Competent Authorityany competent authorities under Applicable Laws.

The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan, layout plans plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authorities authority(ies) and disclosed, except for as provided in the Act; And in case of .additional structures if made guidelines/permissions/ directions or sanctions by competent authority. The Allottee understands that the Promoter all is bound by such structures should be regularized by applicable laws and the Promoter at it’s own responsibility, cost and expenses from the Competent AuthorityAllottee undertakes not to act in violation of any such applicable laws.

There shall be no restriction for the Promoter all such structures should be regularized by to construct any building or install any structure on any plot unsold and under ownership and possession of the Promoter at it’s own responsibility, cost and expenses from the Competent AuthorityPromoter.

The allottes shall not make/ construct any ramp, plantation, fencing etc. on roads/ footpaths/ circulation areas, all hangings/ balconies, chajjas etc. shall be in case the vicinity of .additional structures if made by the Promoter all such structures should be regularized by the Promoter at it’s own responsibility, cost and expenses from the Competent Authoritytheir plots only.
