Common use of ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS. The Owner & the Promoter undertake that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structures(s) anywhere in the Project of the Complex after the building plan, layout plan, sanction plan and specifications, amenities and facilities has been approved by the competent authority and disclosed, except as provided in the Act.
