Additional Contract Restrictions. 90.1. Noncompliance with the requirements of nondiscrimination in services shall constitute grounds for DHCS to withhold payments under this Contract or terminate all, or any type, of funding provided hereunder. 90.2. This Contract is subject to any additional restrictions, limitations or conditions enacted by the federal or state governments that affect the provisions, terms, or funding of this Contract in any manner. COUNTY OF PLACER through its Health and Human Services Department (“Placer County”) with Bi- Valley Medical Clinic, Inc. (the “QSO”) hereby agree to comply with the terms set forth in this Qualified Service Organization Agreement (“QSOA”) whereby the QSO agrees to provide substance abuse and/or other services to Placer County’s clients. Placer County may provide data and information related to substance abuse treatment to QSO in order for QSO to provide services to Placer County pursuant to the contract (the “Service Arrangement”) between the QSO and Placer County. This QSOA is necessary to ensure the protection of the confidentiality of such data and information.
