Additional Contractual Provisions. 21.1 The Agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of Scotland and will subsist for the Period. 21.2 This letter is intended to form part of a contract between the Parties which, when concluded, shall be binding upon them. 21.3 You will indemnify and keep indemnified the Scottish Ministers against any loss, claim, liability, cost or expense suffered or incurred by the Scottish Ministers as a result of any of the warranties proving to be untrue.
