Common use of Additional Damages Clause in Contracts

Additional Damages. In addition to the liquidated damages amount(s) specified above under Article 2, Contractor also agrees to reimburse Owner for all administrative, legal, engineering, and construction observation costs associated with Contractor's failure to meet any deadline specified above under Article 2, and all actual damages that may result from Contractor’s defective work.
