Common use of ADDITIONAL DAY Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL DAY. In consideration of the total time to be worked by the Engineers in a one (1) year period, the Company agrees to provide one additional day offto employees working on the eleven and one-half (1 hour schedule after one (1) full year has been worked. This additional day may be scheduled to be taken by mutual agreement of the parties following the period in which it was earned.
