Common use of Additional Debtors Clause in Contracts

Additional Debtors. Any Person who was not a “Debtor” under this Agreement at the time of initial execution hereof shall become a “Debtor” hereunder if required pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents by executing and delivering to Secured Party a Joinder. Such Person shall also deliver such items to Secured Party in connection with the execution of such Joinder as required by the terms of the Loan Documents and this Agreement. Any such Person shall thereafter be deemed a “Debtor” for all purposes under this Agreement.
