Common use of Additional Debtors Clause in Contracts

Additional Debtors. (1) If, at the option of the Issuer or as required pursuant to the Note or the Note Purchase Agreement, the Issuer shall cause any party that is not a Debtor to become a Debtor hereunder, such party shall execute and deliver to the Collateral Agent a Joinder Agreement substantially in the form of Schedule B and such party shall thereafter for all purposes be a party hereto and have the same rights, benefits and obligations as a Debtor party hereto on the date hereof.
