Common use of Additional Deposits Clause in Contracts

Additional Deposits. The Depositor and the Servicer shall deposit or cause to be deposited in the Collection Account the aggregate Purchase Amount with respect to Purchased Receivables pursuant to Sections 2.4, 3.7 or 9.1. All such deposits described above with respect to a Collection Period shall be made in immediately available funds no later than noon, New York City time, on the Distribution Date following such Collection Period.

Additional Deposits. The Depositor and the Servicer shall deposit or cause to be deposited in the Collection Account the aggregate Purchase Amount with respect to Purchased Receivables pursuant to Sections 2.4, 3.7 or 9.1.
