Common use of Additional Design Services Clause in Contracts

Additional Design Services. At the City’s written request, the Consultant shall:  Provide additional engineering design services that are directly related to the Project but which were not anticipated nor which could be reasonably construed to be associated with work described in Tasks 1 through 4 of Exhibit A. Additional design services are normally identified by the City for the City’s convenience.
