Common use of Additional Distributors Clause in Contracts

Additional Distributors. With respect to the appointment of additional distributors in the Territory, Company agrees that, provided Distributor is meeting its obligations -------------- * * * Confidential treatment has been requested for portions of this exhibit. Further, in the event that Company reasonably believes Distributor is not meeting its obligations set forth hereunder, prior to the appointment of any second distributor in the Territory, Company will identify the inadequacies of Distributor's efforts and permit Distributor thirty (30) days within which to cure the inadequacies. During the 30-day cure period, and thereafter assuming the deficiency(ies) were cured, Company will not appoint any such second distributor.
