Additional Drawings. If during construction, situations arise which require additional drawings or details, Consulting Engineer/Architect agrees to provide such additional drawings or details at no cost to City when the additional drawings or details are required to correct Consulting Engineer/Architect's errors or omissions or clarify Consulting Engineer/Architect's intent in the original design and preparation of construction drawings. Additional Drawings. If the Independent Expert determines that for discharging its duties and functions under this Agreement, it requires any drawings other than those listed hereinabove, it may by notice require the Concessionaire to furnish such drawings forthwith. Upon receiving a requisition to this effect, the Concessionaire shall promptly prepare and furnish such drawings to the Independent Expert as if such drawings formed part of this Schedule D.

Additional Drawings. 16.2.1 During the Construction Period, in addition to the Detailed Design the Project Company shall produce all further designs necessary for the carrying out and completion of the Works (the Additional Drawings), and shall ensure that such designs are in compliance with the Design and Construction Standards and all the Performance Standards and the Construction Plan. 16.2.2 The Independent Expert may raise objections to such Additional Drawings only if they do not comply with the Design and Construction Standards, Performance Standards and the Construction Plan. 16.2.3 By submitting the Additional Drawings for review to the Independent Expert, the Project Company shall be deemed to have represented that it has determined and verified that the design and engineering, including field construction criteria related thereto, are in conformity with the Performance Standards. 16.2.4 Within ten (10) Business Days of the receipt of the Additional Drawings, the Independent Expert shall review the same and convey its observations to the Project Company with particular reference to their conformity or otherwise with the Performance Standards. 16.2.5 Within fifteen (15) Business Days of the approval of the Independent Expert, the Contracting Authority shall also approve the Additional Drawings and grant permission to the Project Company to proceed with the Works. 16.2.6 Where the observations of the Independent Expert indicate that the Additional Drawings are not in conformity with the Design and Construction Standards and all the Performance Standards, the Additional Drawings shall be revised by the Project Company and resubmitted to the Independent Expert for review.
