Additional Event of Suspension Clause Samples
The "Additional Event of Suspension" clause defines specific circumstances under which a party may temporarily halt its obligations or performance under the contract. Typically, this clause outlines events beyond the standard suspension triggers, such as unforeseen regulatory changes, safety concerns, or other extraordinary situations that justify pausing contractual duties. By clearly identifying these additional suspension events, the clause provides both parties with a structured process for managing interruptions, thereby reducing uncertainty and mitigating potential disputes when unexpected issues arise.
