Additional Expenditure Sample Clauses

Additional Expenditure. The Recipient acknowledges and agrees that it is solely responsible for any expenditure in relation to the Project which exceeds the Grant. The State has no liability whatsoever to provide any additional funding to the Recipient over and above the Grant.
Additional Expenditure. Key Personnel The insurance provided by this Section extends to the reasonable and necessary additional costs and expenses including but not limited to: a) recruitment and additional overtime costs; and/or b) costs of employing temporary staff for amounts in excess of permanent full time rates of payment incurred by the insured during the indemnity period as a direct and sole consequence of key personnel resigning from the employment of the insured’s business as a direct consequence of an incident.
Additional Expenditure. Contractor shall obtain agreement from Committee to expenditure on any areas not included in the foregoing and the Committee shall not unreasonably delay its decision.
