Common use of Additional Fee Clause in Contracts

Additional Fee. In the event the Resident is a resident in either of the Facilities, the Resident agrees to pay an amount in addition to the Monthly Service Fee to reflect the higher level of services provided in the Facilities (the “Additional Fee”). Such Additional Fee may be adjusted from time to time as dictated by the Facilities’ costs. If the date this Agreement terminates is a date other than the last day of the month, the Additional Fee due for the last month under this Agreement shall be reduced pro rata.
