Common use of Additional Fees and Deposits (c) Clause in Contracts

Additional Fees and Deposits (c). In addition to payments for timber at rates set forth in section A4(a), the Purchaser shall pay additional fees or deposits to cover the appraised or set costs of associated timber harvest activities. These additional payments shall be made as specified in section A13 Special Provisions. Project may include, but not be limited to; the maintenance and rehabilitation of roads and trails, slash burning, grass seeding, scaling, road closure, sand and gravel, cultural and archeological site protection, etc.
