Additional Financial Information. Manager shall maintain the originals or copies of the following for at least seven (7) calendar years following Manager's preparation or receipt of the same: (a) detailed cash receipts and disbursements records; (b) paid invoices; (c) summaries of adjusting journal entries; and (d) billing statements and supporting documentation.
