Common use of Additional Funds Clause in Contracts

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares, in addition to those listed on the attached Schedule A, with respect to which it desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares, Shares in addition to those listed on the attached Schedule A, A with respect to which it desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares, in addition to those listed on the attached Schedule ASchedules A-1 and A-2, with respect to which it desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares, in addition to those listed the Portfolios identified on the attached Schedule A, with respect to which it the Fund desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares, Shares in addition to those listed on the attached Schedule APortfolio identified in the recitals, with respect to which it desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares, in addition to those listed on the attached Schedule A, with respect to which it desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and provide the Transfer Agent with all applicable information including the current prospectus with respect to such series and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become be deemed to be a Portfolio hereunder. The Transfer Agent shall prepare a revised Schedule A to include such new series and provide it to the Fund as soon as practicable following the receipt of such information.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund Trust establishes one or more series of Shares, in addition to those listed on the attached Schedule A, with respect to which it desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

In the event that the a Fund establishes one or more series of Shares, in addition to those listed on the attached Schedule A, with respect to which it desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares, in addition to those listed on the attached Schedule SCHEDULE A, with respect to which it desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.
