The Cities Readiness Initiative (CRI) requirements support the Medical Countermeasure Dispensing and Hospital Preparedness Programs (HPP) Medical Materiel Management and advance public health Distribution capabilities. Grantee shall perform Coordinate activities and response plans within the activities required under this Contract in Jurisdiction with the following county: Fort Bend County. C. Identify the appropriate state, regional and other local jurisdictions, among local agencies and with hospitals and major health care entities, jurisdictional partners to address the emergency preparedness, responseMetropolitan Medical Response Systems, and recovery needs Councils of older adults regarding public health, medical and mental health behavioral needs and address processes and accomplishments to meet the needs of older adults. D. Provide System Agency with situational awareness data generated through interoperable networks of electronic data systemsGovernment. ▇.
