Additional Indemnification by Concessionaire. Due to the fact that the Concessionaire will be selling and distributing alcoholic beverages during Local, Private, and Special Community Events, the Concessionaire specifically agrees to defend and hold harmless the City and its respective officers, employees and members and agents, from any and all liability for claims for injury, death or property damage, relating to or resulting from the sale, use, consumption or distribution of alcoholic beverages on or about the Amphitheater or Properties during any Event at which alcoholic beverages were provided by the Concessionaire.
