Common use of Additional Information Requests Clause in Contracts

Additional Information Requests. If Federal grant monies are spent under the Purchase Order, Seller may be asked to provide additional information, disclosures and/or certification in compliance with federal regulations. This additional documentation may pertain to, but is not limited to, the following: federal lobbying (Section 319 of Public Law 101-121), international shipping, Clean Air Act, Federal Water Pollution Control Act, and debarment/suspension status.
