Additional Information upon Request. In addition to the requirements set forth in clauses (a) and (b) of this Section 8.04, the U.S. Borrower upon request of the Agent or the Requisite Lenders shall promptly give written notice of the status of any action, suit, proceeding, governmental investigation or arbitration covered by a report delivered pursuant to either of such clauses (a) or (b) and provide such other information as may be reasonably available to it to enable each Lender and the Agent and its counsel to evaluate such matters.
