Additional Instructions to Tenderers. 4.1 The City will not be hosting a site meeting, it is the Tenderers obligation to become familiar with the site. 4.2 No award will be made to any Contractor who cannot give satisfactory assurance as to their ability to carry out with the Works both from their financial rating, and by reason of their previous experience as a Contractor on Work of a similar nature to that contemplated in the Contract. 4.3 Failure to complete any of the Tender Schedules will result in the Tender being considered incomplete. An incomplete Tender may be subject to rejection by the City. 4.4 If the unit prices and total amount of the extensions, calculated by the Tenderer in the tender form do not agree, the unit prices will, under no circumstances, be altered and the corrected extensions will be considered as representing the Tenderer's intentions. 4.5 Survey layout for the proposed work will be the responsibility of the Contractor. The cost of survey layout is to be included in the unit prices. 4.6 Each Tender shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified cheque or letter of credit made payable to the City, in the amount of
