Common use of Additional Insurance Clause in Contracts

Additional Insurance. In addition to the insurance described above, Lessee shall maintain such additional insurance as may be reasonably required from time to time by Lessor or any Facility Mortgagee and shall further at all times maintain, to the extent required by applicable law, worker's compensation insurance coverage (including self-insurance) for all persons employed by Lessee (or its agent or operator) on the Leased Property.

Additional Insurance. In addition to the insurance described above, Lessee shall maintain such additional insurance as may be reasonably required from time to time by Lessor or any Facility Mortgagee and shall further at all times maintain, to the extent required by applicable law, maintain adequate worker's compensation insurance coverage (including self-insurance) for all persons employed by Lessee (or its agent or operator) on the Leased Property, in accordance with the requirements of applicable local, state and federal law.

Additional Insurance. In addition to the insurance described above, Lessee shall maintain such additional insurance as may be reasonably required from time to time-to-time by Lessor or any Facility Mortgagee (to the extent available in the state where the Leased Property is located) and shall further at all times maintain, to the extent required by applicable law, maintain adequate worker's compensation insurance coverage (including self-insurance) for all persons employed by Lessee (or its agent or operator) on the Leased Property. Such worker's compensation insurance shall be in accordance with the requirements of applicable federal, state and local law.

Additional Insurance. In addition to the insurance described above, Lessee shall maintain such additional insurance as may be reasonably required from time to time by Lessor or any Facility Mortgagee and shall further at all times maintain, to the extent required by applicable law, worker's ’s compensation insurance coverage (including self-insuranceinsurance and Texas non-subscription coverage) for all persons employed by Lessee (or its agent or operator) on the Leased Property.; and

In addition to the insurance described above, Lessee shall maintain such additional insurance as may be reasonably required from time to time by Lessor or any Facility Mortgagee and shall further at all times maintain, to the extent maintain adequate workers’ compensation coverage and any other coverage required by applicable law, worker's compensation insurance coverage (including self-insurance) Legal Requirements for all persons Persons employed by Lessee (or its agent or operator) on the Leased PropertyProperty of any Facility and any Capital Additions thereto in accordance with Legal Requirements.

In addition to the insurance described above, Lessee shall maintain such additional insurance upon notice from Lessor as may be reasonably required from time to time by Lessor or any Facility Mortgagee and shall further at all times maintain, to the extent maintain adequate workers' compensation coverage and any other coverage required by applicable law, worker's compensation insurance coverage (including self-insurance) Legal Requirements for all persons Persons employed by Lessee (or its agent or operator) on the Leased PropertyProperty and any Capital Addition thereto in accordance with Legal Requirements.

In addition to the insurance described above, Lessee shall maintain such additional insurance as may be reasonably required from time to time by Lessor or timeby any Facility Mortgagee Mortgagee, provided the same can be obtained at no material additional expense to Lessee, and shall further at all times maintain, to the extent maintain adequate workers' compensation coverage and any other coverage required by applicable law, worker's compensation insurance coverage (including self-insurance) Legal Requirements for all persons Persons employed by Lessee (or its agent or operator) on the Leased PropertyProperty and any Capital Additions in accordance with Legal Requirements.

In addition to the insurance described above, Lessee shall maintain such additional insurance as may be reasonably required from time to time-to-time by Lessor or any Facility Mortgagee (to the extent available in the state where the Leased Property is located) and shall further at all times maintain, to the extent required by applicable law, maintain adequate worker's compensation insurance coverage (including self-insurance) for all persons employed by Lessee (or its agent or operator) on the Leased Property. Such worker's -27- compensation insurance shall be in accordance with the requirements of applicable federal, state and local law.

In addition to the insurance described above, Lessee shall maintain such additional insurance as may be reasonably required from time to time by Lessor or any the Facility Mortgagee and shall further at all times maintain, to the extent required by applicable law, maintain worker's compensation insurance coverage (including self-insurance) for all persons employed by Lessee (or its agent or operator) on the Leased PropertyProperties to the extent required under applicable State laws. Such worker's compensation insurance shall be in accordance with the requirements of applicable local, state and federal law.

Additional Insurance. In addition to the insurance described above, Lessee shall maintain such additional insurance as may be reasonably required from time to time by Lessor or any Facility Mortgagee and shall further at all times maintain, to the extent maintain adequate workers' compensation coverage and any other coverage required by applicable law, worker's compensation insurance coverage (including self-insurance) Legal Requirements for all persons Persons employed by Lessee (or its agent or operator) on the Leased PropertyProperty of any Facility and any Capital Addition thereto in accordance with Legal Requirements.

Additional Insurance. In addition to the insurance described above, Lessee shall maintain such additional insurance as may be reasonably required from time to time by Lessor or any Facility Mortgagee Lender and shall further at all times maintain, to the extent required by applicable law, maintain adequate worker's compensation insurance coverage (including self-insurance) for all persons employed by Lessee (or its agent or operator) on the Leased Property, in accordance with the requirements of applicable local, state and federal law.
