Common use of Additional Insured Status Clause in Contracts

Additional Insured Status. General liability, automobile liability, and if applicable, pollution liability policies shall provide or be endorsed to provide that the City and its officers, officials, employees, agents, and volunteers shall be additional insureds under such policies. This provision shall also apply to any excess/umbrella liability policies. Coverage shall be at least as broad as coverage provided by ISO’s Owners, Lessees, or Contractors Additional Insured Endorsement for the ongoing (i.e. ISO Form CG 20 10 07 04) and completed operations (i.e. ISO Form CG 20 37 07 04) of Contractor.
