  • Mechanisms for Cooperation Pursuant to Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties hereby establish a Committee on Cooperation comprising representatives of each Party.

  • COOPERATION IN IMPLEMENTATION On demand of the other Spouse and without undue delay or expense, each Spouse shall execute, acknowledge, or deliver any instrument, furnish any information, or perform any other acts reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this Agreement. If a Spouse fails to execute any document as required by this provision, the court may appoint the court clerk or his or her authorized designee to execute the document on that ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s behalf.

  • Cultural cooperation 1. The aims of cultural cooperation will be: (a) to build on existing agreements or arrangements already in place for cultural cooperation; and (b) to promote information and cultural exchanges between the Parties. 2. The Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities, including, but not limited to: (a) dialogue on cultural policies and promotion of local culture; (b) exchange of cultural events and promote awareness of artistic works; (c) exchange of experience in conservation and restoration of national heritage; (d) exchange of experience on management for the arts; (e) protecting archaeological monuments and cultural heritage; (f) having a consultation mechanism between the Parties' culture authorities; and (g) cooperation in the audio-visual field, mainly coproduction and training programs in this sector and means of communication, including training, development and distribution activities.

  • Advice and Commentary 6.1. The Company will not advise the Client about the merits of a particular Order or give him any form of investment advice and the Client acknowledges that the Services do not include the provision of investment advice in Financial Instruments or the Underlying Markets or Assets. The Client alone will decide how to handle his Client Account and place Orders and take relevant decisions based on his own judgment. 6.2. The Company will not be under any duty to provide the Client with any legal, tax or other advice relating to any Transaction. The Client may wish to seek independent advice before entering into a Transaction. 6.3. The Company may, from time to time and at its discretion, provide the Client (or in newsletters which it may post on its Website or provide to subscribers via its Website or otherwise) with information, news, market commentary or other information but not as part of its Services to the Client. Where it does so: (a) The Company will not be responsible for such information. (b) The Company gives no representation, warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, correctness or completeness of such information or as to the tax or legal consequences of any related Transaction. (a) This information is provided solely to enable the Client to make his own investment decisions and does not amount to investment advice or unsolicited financial promotions to the Client. (b) If the document contains a restriction on the person or category of persons for whom that document is intended or to whom it is distributed, the Client agrees that he will not pass it on to any such person or category of persons. (c) The Client accepts that prior to dispatch, the Company may have acted upon it itself to made use of the information on which it is based. The Company does not make representations as to the time of receipt by the Client and cannot guarantee that he will receive such information at the same time as other clients. 6.4. It is understood that market commentary, news, or other information provided or made available by the Company are subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

  • Technical Cooperation In order to facilitate the implementation of this Agreement, developed country Members shall provide, on request and on mutually agreed terms and conditions, technical and financial cooperation in favour of developing and least-developed country Members. Such cooperation shall include assistance in the preparation of laws and regulations on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights as well as on the prevention of their abuse, and shall include support regarding the establishment or reinforcement of domestic offices and agencies relevant to these matters, including the training of personnel.
