Additional Leaves. In addition to the unpaid pre-childbirth and disability leaves described above, a faculty member may be eligible for 12 weeks of unpaid leave for bonding with a new child under FMLA/CFRA (see section 4E), or up to two years of unpaid leave under the Home Responsibility Leave provision (see section 5H)
