Common use of Additional Licences Clause in Contracts

Additional Licences. 4.1 The Customer may, from time to time during Licence Term purchase additional Licences in excess of the number specified in accordance with clause 2.2.3 and the Supplier shall grant access to the Services and the Documentation to such additional Authorised Devices in accordance with these Conditions. 4.2 Where clause 4.1 applies, the Customer shall pay to the Supplier the relevant fees for such additional Licences as advised in writing by the Supplier.
