Common use of Additional License Fees Clause in Contracts

Additional License Fees. No later than thirty (30) days after the end of each month, ABT/Nordic shall pay to ABT an amount equal to [*] of Gross Revenues received by ABT/Nordic during such month in connection with the operation of the Local Business (the "Monthly Fees"). ABT/Nordic may credit any previously paid Minimum Annual License Fees paid for the current Fiscal Year against the Monthly Fees.
