Additional Licensed Programs. For all additional software, data tables, and programs which CTS and Customer agree in writing to add to a System as Licensed Programs (other than the Licensed Programs described in Subsection 1.1, above, and Section 3, below), Customer shall pay such Fees to CTS as CTS and Customer mutually agree to in writing.
