Additional Licensing Requirements and or Use Rights Clause Samples
The "Additional Licensing Requirements and/or Use Rights" clause defines any extra conditions or permissions that apply to the use of licensed materials beyond the standard terms. This may include specifying particular user groups, geographic restrictions, or additional steps a licensee must take to remain compliant, such as obtaining further approvals or adhering to specific usage guidelines. By outlining these supplementary requirements or rights, the clause ensures both parties are clear on the full scope of permitted use and any extra obligations, thereby reducing the risk of unintentional misuse or breach of the license agreement.
