Additional Limited Partners. Subject to Section 3.2, any Person acceptable to the General Partner may become an additional Limited Partner of the Partnership for such consideration as the General Partner shall determine, provided that such additional Limited Partner complies with all the requirements of a transferee under Section 7.3(b) and (c).
