Common use of Additional Limited Partners Clause in Contracts

Additional Limited Partners. Other than in accordance with the transactions specified in the Contribution Agreements, after the initial execution of this Agreement and the admission to the Partnership of the Initial Limited Partners, any Person making a Capital Contribution to the Partnership in accordance herewith shall be admitted as an Additional Limited Partner of the Partnership only (i) with the Consent of the General Partner and (ii) upon execution, adoption and acknowledgment of this Agreement, or a counterpart hereto, and such other documents as may be reasonably requested by the General Partner, including without limitation, the power of attorney required under Section 12.3. Upon satisfaction of the foregoing requirements, such Person shall be admitted as an Additional Limited Partner effective on the date upon which the name of such Person is recorded on the books of the Partnership.
