Common use of Additional Loan Parties Clause in Contracts

Additional Loan Parties. Notify the Administrative Agent at the time that any Person becomes a Domestic Subsidiary, and promptly thereafter (and in any event within 30 days), cause such Person to (a) at the option of the Administrative Agent, become a Guarantor or a Borrower by executing and delivering to the Administrative Agent such documents as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably deem appropriate for such purpose, (b) deliver to the Administrative Agent documents of the types referred to in clauses (iii), (iv) and (vi) of Section 4.01(a) and, upon request, favorable opinions of counsel to such Person (which shall cover the legality, validity, binding effect and enforceability of the documentation referred to in clause (a)) and (c) deliver to the Lenders KYC Requirement Information with respect to such Person becoming a Guarantor or Borrower, all in form, content and scope reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
