Common use of Additional Locations Clause in Contracts

Additional Locations. While this Agreement may identify specific locations to be serviced, it is hereby agreed and understood that any COUNTY department or facility may be added or deleted to the Contract at the option of the COUNTY. The location change will be addressed by formal Contract modification. The COUNTY may obtain price quotes for the additional facilities from other vendors if fair and reasonable pricing is not obtained from CONSULTANT, or for other reasons at the COUNTY’S sole discretion. It is hereby agreed and understood that the COUNTY may delete service locations when such service is no longer required, upon fourteen (14) calendar days’ written notice to the CONSULTANT.
