Additional Maintenance Term. Upon expiration of each Maintenance Term, Maintenance Services shall automatically renew for an additional 12-month Maintenance Term and LANSA will invoice Customer unless LANSA or its authorized representative is notified by Customer in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the current Maintenance Term that Customer will not purchase Maintenance Services for another Maintenance Term.
