Additional manpower Clause Samples

The "Additional manpower" clause allows one party, typically the client, to request extra personnel from the service provider when needed during the course of a project or contract. This clause outlines the process for making such requests, including any notice requirements, approval procedures, and potential adjustments to fees or timelines. By establishing a clear mechanism for increasing staffing levels, the clause ensures flexibility in resource allocation and helps address unforeseen workload increases or project demands.
