Additional Materials. From time to time during the term of this Agreement, ProQuest may add, delete or modify information, databases, materials, capabilities or services to the Products with or without notice to you. ProQuest will announce substantial changes to the materials available on the on-line systems on its electronic mailing list service. All such information, databases, materials, capabilities and services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement at the time they are added to the Products and shall not materially alter your use of the Products.
