Common use of Additional Ministerial Powers of Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Additional Ministerial Powers of Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent is hereby irrevocably authorized by each of the Lenders to release any Lien covering any asset of CCI or any of its Subsidiaries (including, without limitation, any Properties, accounts receivable or inventory) that is the subject of a disposition, sale or assignment which is permitted under this Agreement or, subject to Section 12.1, which has been consented to by the Required Lenders.
