Common use of Additional Obligations of Borrower Clause in Contracts

Additional Obligations of Borrower. In addition to the fees stated in the Loan Agreement, Borrower shall also pay: (i) all reasonable costs and expenses incidental to this Amendment, including, but not limited to, reasonable fees and out-of-pocket expenses of Bank's counsel; and (ii) a non-refundable renewal fee in the amount of Three Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($3,000.00), which fee shall be due and payable concurrently herewith, and (iii) a non-refundable commitment fee in the amount of Fifteen Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($15,000.00), which fee shall be due and payable concurrently herewith.
