Additional Obligations of Borrower. In addition to the fees stated in the Loan Agreement, Borrower shall also pay all reasonable costs and expenses incidental to this Amendment, including, but not limited to, reasonable fees and out-of-pocket expenses of Bank's counsel.

Additional Obligations of Borrower. In addition to the any fees stated in the Loan Agreement, Borrower shall also pay pay: (i) all reasonable costs and expenses incidental to this Amendment, including, but not limited to, reasonable fees and out-of-pocket expenses of Bank's ’s counsel; and (ii) a non-refundable modification fee in the amount of Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($5,000.00), which fee shall be due and payable concurrently herewith.
